RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, it you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, an exchange or a refund ( if eligible and within the return window). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. *NO EXCEPTIONS
- Return Window: Items must be returned within14 days of purchase.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Shipping cost: Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost that will be deducted from final refund.
Additional Restock Fees:
- In cases where a customer is found to have deceived or manipulated the return process, or if the returned item is found to be defective or unsaleable after review, an additional restocking fee of 30% and up will be applied to final refund, depending on the condition of the item(s).
Please note: This additional restocking fee is intended to cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and potentially disposing of items that are not returned in their original condition.
Exceptions:
- Defective items may be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Items damaged during shipping may be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS - After approval
To return an item, please email customer service at houseofshe@gmail.com to obtain a Returm Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the Item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase inside returned package.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returm.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days trom the receipt of your Item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- NO TAGGED ITEMS
- FREE FROM ANY SCENT OF DEODORANT, PERFUME OR WASHING POWDER
- USED AND WORN
- NOT IN RE-SALABLE CONDITIONS
- ALL SALES ITEMS
- GIFTED ITEMS AFTER 14 DAYS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. We will handle it within 24 hours, please note any defective or damaged items must be kept and not held on to until a HOS member reaches out to guide you through process.
