Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order?
Browse, fall in love, add to cart. Select your size and colour, check out with your preferred payment method, and you're done. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so reach out to us at hello@house-of-she.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay for eligible orders.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift note?
Not yet — but it's coming. In the meantime, if you're ordering a gift, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do to make it feel special.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Each product page includes sizing details from the brand. For Miss Circle pieces specifically, we recommend sizing up one if you're between sizes — their fits run slightly small. When in doubt, reach out and we'll help you choose.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 5–8 business days. Priority shipping is 2–4 business days. Some items ship directly from our designer partners and may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping on all orders over $150.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Possibly, yes. Because we work with multiple designers and fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Not in one of these countries? Email us at hello@house-of-she.com and we'll try our best to accommodate you. Please note that customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and intimates are final sale. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@house-of-she.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately.

How is House of She different from other boutiques?
We don't just sell products — we curate a world. Every piece is chosen intentionally for the woman who lives with taste, travels with style, and wants her space and wardrobe to reflect how she actually lives. We're Miami-born, world-curated, and we take the edit seriously.
What is the Signature Line?

Are your products authentic?
Yes, always. We work directly with designers, brands, and trusted fulfillment partners. Every product sold at House of She is 100% authentic.
I'm between sizes — what do you recommend?
It depends on the brand and style. Generally: for dresses and fitted pieces, size up. For oversized or relaxed styles, size down. Each product page has brand-specific sizing notes, and you can always message us for a personal recommendation.

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Sale items may not be eligible for additional discounts.
